Changes and refunds
The cancellation and date-change rules, stated plainly.
These are the rules you agree to at checkout. They are strict, and it is better to know them before you buy than after.

| Cancel a booking | Not accepted once the purchase is confirmed |
| Cancel a duplicate charge | Permitted — each case reviewed before acceptance |
| Change your date | Not allowed. Your ticket is valid on the date you chose |
| Get money back for a ticket you did not use | No refund is given for unutilised tickets |
| Come another day after bad weather or a breakdown | Reschedule to the next available date, or exchange for another product of the same value |
Requests to change a date may be refused where there is no reasonable ground for the change.
